Prof. Jonathan Passmore

Jonathan is an internationally respected coaching psychologist, rated as one of the top 10 professional coaches in the world. He has worked for PWC, IBM and OPM helping leaders, managers and organisations improve performance and wellbeing. He now divides his time between his private practice, as director of the Henley Centre for Coaching, Henley Business School and the University of Evora. His work over the past three decades, including 30 books, and over 100 scientific articles have contributed to his position as a global thought leader

Mongezi Makhalima
Mongezi is Thinkers 50 Top 50 Global Coach Winner – 2019, an organisation development specialist, organisational learning expert & Executive coach with 30 years of working with organisations and leadership in corporates and NGO's. He is currently the Chairperson of the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology, and sits as non-executive director on several boards in the NGO, film and music sectors. He is one of the global founding members of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).
Brian Underhill

Brian is an industry-recognized expert in the design and management of worldwide executive coaching implementations, and a prominent author and speaker. He is the Founder of CoachSource and the Alexcel Group, and previously spent 10 years managing executive coaching operations for Marshall Goldsmith. Brian's executive coaching work has successfully focused on helping clients achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behaviour. He has also helped pioneer the use of "mini-surveys"—a unique measurement tool to help impact behavioural change over time.

Kathy Vaughan
Kathy is an experienced global executive, team coach and consultant who has a passion for working with committed leaders and teams to transform how they work and how they impact our world. Her practice has a particular focus on team leadership and effectiveness, driving strategy through leadership development, and fostering innovation and creativity during transition and in dynamic environments. Kathy is an Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership, and an Executive and Team Coaching Professional at her own company, Xponentially.
Nankhonde van Den Broek
Nankhonde is a practitioner and champion of Executive Coaching in Africa. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) based in Lusaka, Zambia, a member of the MG100 and a member of the Africa List (cohort 2020). Nankhonde is the Founder & CEO at Zanga African Metrics where she develops solutions that are adapted to the African culture and context; thereby increasing the relevance, impact and sustainability of the results. She joins forces with those at the frontline of innovation in leadership development in Africa, who are realizing the development aspiration for the continent and its people.
